Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

1.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.2. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Underwear and swimwear.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

2. Returns Procedure

2.2. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

5.1. If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Sale Items (if applicable)

6.1. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

7. Exchanges (if applicable)

7.1. We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
